Manager, Justyn Moreno, provided great customer service. He helped waiver a balance that was under my account, which was supposed to be cancelled in 2023 but continued to keep billing me in 2025. Justyn told me it would take 5-7 days to process with the collectors, but suprised me to get it processed the next day. Thank you Justyn!

I have very good experiences at Fitness 19 so far. Price is decent, affordable, and have basic equipments here for a beginner like me is far enough. All places is clean like locker room, shower and restroom. There’s also a big open space for you to enjoy own workout if you want. Overall very recommend!!
