We were in a tough situation with a hospital bill. Marina Ruiz went above and beyond what we expected and helped us to resolve the issue. Also, everytime I bring my aunt to the ER/hospital ALL the staff are wonderful. The growth of Modoc Medical is such a blessing for the whole community.

Positive: E.R care was good, fast, friendly, and professional.
Negative: Administration services suck. Nothing was forwarded. No communication to the V.A. I was billed for things that were supposed to be sent to my insurance.

I am changing this to three stars because they did not forward any test results to my doctor and I had a disease that can kill me quick. I called on Monday when I found out my doctor didn't have anything from the hospital and no return call so I called again today, four days later.These are people's lives you're messing with. You had better do a better job in the office or you are going to kill someone. 22 days after the er visit and nothing to my doctor. Follow through and do your job.Having been rather sickly my whole life and a klutzy adventurer, I've had to visit a few hospitals over the years and this place was by far one of the best ER experiences... read full review
