Worst salon experience of my life. Don't go here! You definitely get what you pay for so even if you have to pay a little more please go somewhere else! I had a scheduled appointment with the owner Nikki, she did not let me know she was running late so I arrived a couple of minutes early, I called her when I got there and she said she was going to be there in a second, she didn't show up until 1 hour later. When she finally arrived and opened up the salon, it was a mess, hair and trash everywhere! I patiently waited another 10-15 mins while she tried to clean and pick things up. Unpleasant, negative experience with Nikki. It is disappointing that Nikki did not offer an apology or alternative options when she rescheduled my appointment MULTIPLE times. Good customer service includes acknowledging mistakes and making an effort to rectify them. It's unfortunate that Nikki didn't provide any compensation or attempt to make it up to me for the inconvenience caused. A sincere apology could have helped mitigate the situation and made me feel valued, especially as a first-time customer.
