I found Dr. Chang to be very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the manufacturing of my new glasses (not her fault - a third party lab) and she and her staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I would not hesitate to recommend if you need an optician in Altadena.

I definitely would recommend this place to friends and family. As soon as you open the door, Sheila greets you, takes your temperature, tells you to take a seat and she that she will be with you shortly. When doing the eye exams, she asks questions nicely and if you have any concerns you can ask her. The doctor is nice and she takes her time doing the test and she also checks your eye pressure. I really love all the options they have for glasses and sunglasses you might need. I definitely give them 5/5 stars.
