We just had Mark's AC service come out because our air conditioner wasn't working. Mark told us what day and when they could come out. His son Jared came out and his partner. They were very respectful, knowledgeable and very honest. EXTREMELY CLEAN diagnosed it in a few minutes got the parts and had it fix a day later. Very very fair prices. Explained everything as they went. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Definitely call Mark's AC service if you want a trust worthy, honest, reliable, clean and great prices!!
Been hot for weeks! AC went out 9 pm. Jerad responded in the morning. Diagnosed the problem and found the condenser component locally. Last one in town. Replace fan and filter too. System blowing cold . Set thermostat all smiles. We have him service the system once a year and it pays. Our coolant was still full. Highly recommend yearly service.
Mark is truly a gem in the HVAC community and will be the only person I will ever call. Received a recommendation on my local Facebook group years ago and had Mark install a new AC unit and heater to replace the 28 yr old one that finally gave out and have been using only him since then. He gave the most reasonable estimate, the fastest estimated work completion, and was the most knowledgeable especially when it came to those darn HOA rules. He is amazingly honest, reliable, reasonably priced, and is actually readily available for any support needed even years after the work is completed. He takes his craft seriously and isn't only about the bottom dollar. He is very fair and generous with the information he gives to make sure you aren't wasting money on unnecessary fixes and he has actually been right each time. In the past I had experiences with techs making repairs that they know for a fact are just temporary solutions so that I would have to call again and pay more for them to come out again. And that is IF they even make it out on time or come at all. In this crazy heat, Mark gets things done with the urgency they require without breaking the bank...hats off to you Mark!
