Bill knows what he is doing with upholstery. He did my couch today and I couldn't be happier. He gave me some tips on how to maintain and clean future accidents. He was on time and got the job done. The stains I had on the couch were from my dogs and he was able to take them right out. I would highly recommend. Bill was very nice and respectful. He is funny too!

Bill did a great job on our stairs and sectional. We had very soiled light carpet that Bill made look new. He also made time in his schedule to fit us in on short notice and stayed in contact until the appointment. After everything was cleaned, we were provided long term care instructions to help keep our sectional looking great. Awesome job.

Bill was able to remove several dark rubber smudge marks on my beautiful white couch. He did a great job and was friendly, personable & patient. The fact that he was able to come the day after I first reached out to him was very convenient for my schedule.

Extremely helpful and hard working character. Bill returned a very late night (near 8pm) call from my dad about servicing our carpet today. I had stains in my carpet that I didn't think anyone can take out. It was very embarrassing, and the work he has shown in a little bit of time from 10am - 2pm doing our living room, den, dining room, stairs, and upstairs hallway is superb. It's done so well we aren't thinking of getting our carpet replaced which we were getting estimates for today. He is very respectful and polite. I look forward to future business with him, and would recommend him to anyone I come up to who is looking for an HONEST, HONEST, HONEST, HONEST carpet cleaning service. Something we don't normally get now a days. All they want to do is come in and half way handle your carpet so they can get routine business.Bill's point of view is why do that. Why not provide good service so people can let others know and you can get more business that way. Then when it comes back from 2-3 years later when people want a full detail service in their carpet they come back to you and you can do the work just like you did before.Very kind and helpful man, and I'm glad to have his service. I found out he operates draperies as well. If I get this kind of service with carpets then hell I'll have him upgrade our draperies as well.Overall TLDR, Fantastic, professional, honest service.
