Bill knows what he is doing with upholstery. He did my couch today and I couldn't be happier. He gave me some tips on how to maintain and clean future accidents. He was on time and got the job done. The stains I had on the couch were from my dogs and he was able to take them right out. I would highly recommend. Bill was very nice and respectful. He is funny too!
