He patiently worked on it that evening, remotely, and when that didn't solve the problem he took it the next day and worked on it until it was completely fixed - with several hours to spare before my presentation. It had looked initially as though I may have to purchase a new computer. Gordon managed to eradicate the problem and was able to restore the saved content (including photos and other important documents I hadn't yet backed up), which was a huge relief! If you're waffling on where to go, don't hesitate to contact him for anything tech-related!
