Russell, the owner, was very professional and patient working with me and my very old computer. I had an overwhelming amount of files that needed to be relocated, I had audio problems that seemed to be getting worse, however, Russell walked me through step-by-step and fixed all the issues. I would highly recommend him for any computer challenges that you may be having.
