We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Nicole Rincon. She goes above and beyond for her patients and their families, not only with her medical expertise, but also with her compassion and willingness to support in practical ways. She takes the time to listen, explain treatment options, and tailor recommendations based on individual needs rather than a “one size fits all” approach.

What truly stands out is her holistic perspective. She looks at underlying causes, not just symptoms, and incorporates both conventional and supportive therapies in a thoughtful way. The doctors are GREAT - they do amazing for especially for ASD and related conditions. Their staff though in FL - the behind the scenes staff that handle your initial registration are terrible. I am only writing this review in hopes the doctors see it (We dont go there anymore) - in hopes it helps them improve their practice. The back-office staff are anti-customer. They make it impossible to make an appointment and are not helpful at all - hard to get ahold of.

Dr. Rossignol is very detailed and thorough, and his approach in looking into a condition scientifically with that biomed background is beyond impressive. He is knowledgeable making it easier for the parents of any child of special needs to understand the scientific pieces of it. I can acknowledge that yet at the same time do not find him to be any form of personable nor friendly. Clearly, I know that I am not there to befriend him. However, I usually find it much more appealing to work with a staff who are empathetic and kind. The girl working at the desk did have a bit of an attitude. To me, the bedside manner could use some improvement. Apart from that, everything else is good here.
