We contacted Austin, of Mason Electrical, to help with the reinstallation of a 240 plug to charge an electric car in our garage. He was super responsive and communicative. He was able to work us into his schedule in a timely manner. He showed up right on time and was quite personable, kind and easy to talk to. He is clearly quite knowledgeable and walked us through many questions we had about upgrading our panel, which is something we've been needing to do. His work was executed perfectly and we are already talking with him about more projects we have for him. Excellent experience.

Wow. I found my new electrician! A breaker tripped and 2 rooms lost power. Did the usual and reset all the GFIs and breakers but nothing. Called on a Sunday and Austin picked up. Explained the situation and he troubleshooting over the phone. He wouldn't be available until Thursday but said breaker may be bad and said I had option of replacing myself. Opened up the panel and played with the wires first and the breaker allowed me to fully reset. This is amazing service. Not only did he pick up on Sunday, he spent time with me talking through what could be the issue. This is absolutely unheard of in todays world. Austin helped us fix our water fountain and switches in the house. He was on time, responded promptly, gave a good estimate, very professional, efficient and clean. Thank you for helping us make our house a home by doing the electrical work. Will surely contact you again for our electrical needs.
