I love this dry cleaner!! I only get my clothes pressed, but I have gotten a couple of things dry cleaned before and everything always looks fantastic!l I tried shopping around for a closer dry cleaner since I don’t live in Aliso Viejo anymore and I haven’t found a place that beats this one yet!
I don’t know why there’s negative reviews. People in Aliso are ridiculously entitled. This place is the best in minimum 100 miles. I’ve gone to San Clemente, Los Angeles, Santa Ana, Orange, The Valley, no one has their prices and the attention to detail. They are also incredibly nice, and accommodating. I’ve given them multiple soccer, football, and baseball jerseys…literally brand new! The owner told me one time, “I use to dry clean my jerseys too, and they would always mess it up, so I take pride in making sure it’s done right.” No brainer! Shop with the best, don’t worry about the rest! Thank you to the Bio-Safe Cleaners Team! Photos attached were… read full review
I accidentally left $400 in the breast pocket of my suit before taking it to the dry cleaners. Without realizing it, my mother dropped off the suit for cleaning, and I was worried I had lost the money for good. However, the staff were incredibly honest and kind—they had set the money aside and returned it to me when I picked up my dry cleaning. Their integrity and professionalism truly impressed me, and I highly recommend their services!
