My partner and I discovered Reproductive Fertility Center with the help of my mother and were excited to get started after seeing the company's presence on the web. So, I was chatting with my mom about wanting to have a baby, and she googled fertility clinics. This was the first one, and my wife liked the website and the information they had on same-sex couples, so we went! I went to RFC Alhambra location for IVF treatment and have done twice there. Through the whole process, I was most impressed by Florrie- the billing manager who helped me a lot to fix and fight with my insurance provider to alleviate huge pressure on financial side. This review is mainly for her. There were a lot of overwhelming documents, bills, charges, and terms from my insurance provider. Florrie always explained well to make me understand. Besides that, she did her best to communicate with the insurance provider for their responsibility and suggested ways to involve in related parties to solve issues. Reproductive Fertility Center with the brilliant Dr. Lin at the helm deserves many accolades. As I write this review, I am now 5 months pregnant! Every single member of the RFC team that helped us along this journey and deserve their own review. This write up is dedicated specifically to Florrie, who's professional, compassionate approach made a huge difference in how we perceived the financial burden of numerous fertility treatments.
