Reproductive Fertility Center (RFC Family) provides a professional and supportive fertility journey. The entire staff is excellent, knowledgeable, and feels like family. They offer strong support and are always available. The clinic has a helpful presence on the web with information for all couples. Patients describe their experience as amazing. The billing department provides crucial help with insurance, explaining documents and communicating with providers to alleviate financial pressure. Many patients achieve success, resulting in miracle babies. They are highly, highly recommended.

Honestly I wasn't hesitant to leave this review but unfortunately after careful consideration and lot of stress in my personal life considering to get pregnant and trying alternative medical methods for this dream to come true, I realized that am at the wrong clinic for sure. From Alhambra office meeting Dr Lin who was eating chips in my appointment while my partner wasn't there. Second he asked me if there is anyone crazy in the family and I told him about my mental issues. Sounds very odd and unprofessional. All what I remember as well ultrasound was very quick and they didn't care about tracking my cycle but chose to send those medications right away to pharmacy that they don't have my insurance covered. I am 100% they only looked at me as dollar face. Beverly Hills office remotely, the nurse Kelly was absolutely rude on the phone and she didn't agree to give me directions of how should I take the medication. She only told me that she wants to cancel this cycle because they haven't received the payment and that I can have sex at home and save the medication for another cycle Dr Nasab was nice only for one time when my significant other is Persian but when she knew that am interested to purse this fertility Journey by myself due to some private reasons , she was very sloppy with the appointment remotely and all the work and the pre testing I did for 2 months absolutely went for nothing. She didn't go over my blood tests, HSG etc she just said that I need to do IUI. It was unfruitful for sure and she was late on the appointment for 30 minutes. Am not going back anymore there and I decided to pursue my dream with my partner in another clinic
I don't recommend this alhambra office. Basically we paid $400 for a bag with a pen and a lotion. They have the worst customer service, and they don't talk to each other. I spoke with someone around 12 to come a get an ultrasound (it had to be done that day, (if not I had to wait for the next cycle) and she said she would call me back. I called back again at 2 and this time I reached out to the doctor, who never answered. I called back and they then said that the lady who does this procedure had left, and now they wanted me to drive all the way to their other location in Burbank. She had no recollection of my message from 12pm Maybe the other locations are better but this one in Alhambra, leaves a lot of room for improvement.
