Kaya Threading

I came in on Monday around midday and was literally their only customer. The girl working at the front was also the one who did my eyebrows, and the whole experience felt rushed and unnecessarily aggressive. She was pulling at my eyebrows so hard that it was uncomfortable.

I specifically asked her to only clean them up and not make them thin, but I still ended up with an overly pointed shape that I did not ask for. The woman in the comments below who mentioned bringing her daughter here was right—don’t come here. It’s not worth it.

I've never received eyebrow threading before, so I wasn't expecting it to be so painful. I nearly cried half way through the threading procedure. But maybe that's the typical experience? They easily accommodated me as a walk-in appointment and the service price was less than $15. However, I don't think I'll ever get eyebrow threading here or anywhere again.

This place is usually busy but some days you'll find it pretty quiet, I always go to the girl in chair 3 , I've had the other girls do my brows before and they were still good but not to my liking since I prefer to have thicker brows the girl in the other chair made my brows thinner then I normally would have them but they were still shaped nice , but the girl in chair 3 is amazing .
