This company does great work. This is the 2nd unit I have put in my home, which translates to my overall satisfaction with the product. Professional etiquette and speedy service. I highly recommend them.
Highly recommended. Do NOT go with those morons who will charge $50,000 for your house! Boris charges a little over $3000 per unit. We had an excellent experience from the planning to the execution to the payment. Boris is a kind, pleasant professional who works with an older person and a younger person in his crew. Clearly he knows what he is doing, because he has his own company manufacturing the mini-splits. Each mini-split has its own outside compressor box, so you can add more later - they don't all run from the same box. Worth the investment! My parents have an older home with outdated insulation, and the original 9k BTU Boris installed didn't cool the room effectively due to the abundant sunlight. After upgrading to the 12k BTU, it works much better for our needs. I'm impressed with the attention Boris gave to my concerns, and I appreciate that this is a family business. I've already recommended him to my sister and several neighbors.
