Michael, Everald & Emily were amazing today! Really loved the service here - everything from your eye exam to the people helping you pick out your glasses and the turnaround time. Everyone here is amazing - will definitely come back!

Easy eye exams and quick processing with insurance. Only thing is sometimes they wont call you to tell you if your contacts came in... Mine were specially ordered and I had to call in multiple times to check if they came. It took almost a month and a half to come. Besides that, very convenient place for what you need done.

America's Best? Saying it doesn't make it so! I've been a customer of Linden Opp of Pasadena for over 20 years. For the past 2 years I've been going to America's Best for my eye care . And I guess they tried their Best to accommodate. My insurance doesn't cover my old eye care company, so I'm at AB. Each year I have to add an extra $100 to get what I want and that the insurance didn't cover. It's ok. The eyewear just didn't make sense. Blurry, out of focus, etc. I just don't wear any. My vision wasn't that bad. New year, new insurance. I went back to Linden. Hallelujah! I can see again. Eye care is not the same.

Great job, everyone! First of all, who still remembers to post a review 2 months later? This one… someone who still recognizes the excellent customer service at this location. I’ve put a lot of years into retail as a seller and in CS, and I don’t think I’ve ever been in a place as a customer where so many of the associates go above and beyond! The attention to detail, affability, patience, professionalism, humanity, and knowledge at this location are off the charts. I know America’s Best is a chain, but these people make it feel like a mom and pop—said in the best way possible. Michael is on it, and on it with a smile! He was very patient with me as he taught my 40yo self how to put in contact lenses. Dr. Huynh was personable, clear and precise. Jessica and Emily also know exactly how to balance being attentive on the job req side with also being easy to work with, and just genuine, good people. I’m stocked up on lenses, glasses, and sunglasses for now, but I really hope they’ll be there when I’m ready to renew my prescription. It’s so true what they say in sales… the people make it. You’ve got a loyal customer because of it.

Wonderful experience, great staff. From the eye exam, to finding my glasses, everything was professional and fast. Michael, one of the manager’s was very helpful and explained all of my options for transitional lenses. I was able to find really cool glasses, and even got my favorite pair of sunglasses set up with prescription glasses - this has always been a dream! Overall I strongly recommend this place, lots of staff, no long wait!

Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Great hospitality and products have great quality as well. The service is exceptional!
