Excellent job grooming. I love how they cut my dogs face into a teddy bear shape and rounded out his little paws. However I would love more transparency on pricing and communication is very minimal. I left my first appointment with lots of questions at drop off. They are in need of an updated website 🙏
super quick in and out. did pull a little hard on her harness not caring about her being scared of the big huge dog they were walking to the table at the same time as her appointment. but the process of actually cutting the nails was quick painless and cheap.
I take my dogs there for nail trims and they are always able to accommodate me on the same day I call. The ladies are very nice and seem to really like dogs. One of my dogs is a cry baby and you would think he was being murdered, but two of the ladies were able to cut his nails. the other dog is easy so no issues. The price is fair and they are fast. Dogs look well cared.
