I LOVE StretchLab! The Albany shop has the greatest Flexologists known to man or woman!! Ina, Marie, Lucia & Danny have all helped me so much! I initially went in after Kaiser had diagnosed me with IT Band inflammation - Kaiser's solution? Phone session with a Physical Therapist & then sent some videos to watch & follow!! That was IT!

I look forward to my session every week because I feel so much better afterwards. It keeps me aligned and aware of what's going on with my body. The staff are helpful, good at what they do, and friendly. My stress level comes way down. The facility in Napa is pleasant, spa-like and peaceful. If you have AARP/United Healthcare Medicare supplemental insurance you can get 4 stretch sessions a month through Renew Active, their wellness program, at no charge. One of the better perks of getting older! I want to thank Aryaveer, Etni and Bella at the reception desk for taking such good care of me!
