We worked with Kathy on a two-phase renovation on our North Berkeley home. Kathy and co were responsive, professional, and did a good job balancing our uneducated ideas with their experience to get a cohesive plan that aligned with our vision. We've now completed construction for phase one and planning for both and we're so glad we chose to work with Kathy and Sogno!
