I adore Raven and Rose! I’ve been getting my hair cut by Helena for three years, and recently decided I wanted to change this up and dye my hair orange. It was the best decision I’ve ever made!!! I love the color, loved the process of getting it done, and I want to keep it forever! I’m officially a Raven and Rose lifer.

The place itself looks nice and beautifully decorated. Everyone was very nice. I booked a half hour consultation together with a haircut. I really looked forward to this experience, since it was recommended by a friend of mine.When I got there the stylist said that they did not schedule in a consultation. So after a brief description of what I was looking for we proceeded.When I left the salon my hair was wet, so I couldn’t really tell how it would look like once it dried, especially since I have a curl to my hair. I went to Raven & Rose because a friend recommended it. It is a beautiful, friendly place. I had made an appointment for a consultation and for a haircut. But when i got there i was told that the consultation appointment did not get reserved and so we went ahead with the cut. I briefly explained to the stylist what I wanted before we started on the cut.Once I came home and my hair dried I was very disappointed. Everyone around me asked me what happened? It was a terrible cut.So, I complained. The owners were very nice and offered to remedy the situation. And when I was not up for going back they returned the entire cost of the cut plus tip.I was very impressed and grateful.
