Three stars is fair ... honestly, sometimes im leaning higher but the consistency just isnt there for me to give it a four. Ive been coming here on and off for two years because the chiro themselves is really knowledgeable about specific issues ive NEVER had someone fix for me elsewhere. THAT is worth coming back for, ive told at least three friends to try it. But the front desk staff can be RUDE in a totally unnecessary way, like just completely dismissive when you ask about billing, and its happened enough that i dread walking in sometimes. If they could figure out that customer service part id give them a solid four without question.
Dr. Prins is an amazing practitioner. I went to him after recovering from cervical disc replacement surgery. Also, I have double severed inoperable rotator cuffs. He has helped me get back to full function physically. I’ve seen half a dozen chiropractors. Charlie Prins is definitely the best. I highly recommend this practice.
Before visiting Dr. Prins I had quite severe headaches from an injury to my spine that occurred a decade ago. He was able to find and correct the issues that cause the headaches and pain when I visited a few years ago. Since then the frequency and severity of pain and headaches has greatly improved. I’ve visited again a few times since then and had further work done, from which I’ve improved more.
Very amazed by Dr. Prins’s ability to correct any type of misalignment and I’m grateful for his attention to detail during my visits.
