Moises is an amazing tattoo artist with a beautiful and clean shop, 5/5 stars for him. So the 3 star rating is for the excessive noise from the bar downstairs. I came to get tattooed Wednesday but the noise from the band was so loud that I couldn’t hold a conversation with Moises. I decided to cut the session short and come back on Friday to finish up the piece. Unfortunately, the noise was the same and the noise itself made for an unpleasant experience.

I've been a client of Moe Mendez's tattoo studio since 2019, and my journey with him has been nothing short of extraordinary. Moe's patience, skilled craftsmanship, kindness, and professionalism have consistently left me impressed and coming back for more. Moe has been my go to tattoo artist since I began getting tattooed. In fact, he did my first tattoo of Sakura blossoms. To date, he has done both of my large thigh pieces, both arms including a traditional Japanese 3/4 sleeve of peonies, and few smaller more delicate tattoos. I could not have been happier or more pleased with both the process and the healed product. He takes his time in making sure you are comfortable, especially when your tattoo is not in the most modest of places. As a woman, and unlike other artists I have been too, he is incredibly respectful. Moe also is a consummate artist that draws and paints and every time I get a piece done by Moe I appreciate the skill that went into the drawing process.
