Dr. Lee walked away from my dad when she got impatient with his question durung our last appointment . Today we had a telemed appoinment. She simply hanged up the phone before I knew it was the end of this 3 minutes long appointment.

Let me give you reasons why you do not want to go here.. 1. They will absolutely charge you $200 upfront before you can talk to the dr even if you have In Network insurance and an FSA/HSA account. 2. They submitted the claim with the incorrect diagnosis code and the claim denied. It took me over a month with countless calls and chats to my insurance and this office to resolve 3. I'm still waiting for my $200 back (2 months later) after the insurance PAID IN FULL). Based on other reviews, this looks to be the norm. 4. When I walked into the room to talk to Dr Lee, it reeked of cigarette smoke. It was so bad I started coughing and the lady at the front had to open all the windows. 5. The appt lasted 5 min or less and all she did was say I'm normal but ordered an MRI After this nightmare, I am never coming back and definitely not getting that MRI! Save yourself time, energy and stress. Find yourself a good doctor!

As a doctor she is amazing. I could not recommend her enough. The billing staff is the worst I have dealt with. They have been horrible every step of the way starting before the appointment even began. The doctor I could not recommend enough. The staff makes you never want to go back.
