Silvio and the Hometelligent team did a commendable job with our whopper of a project. Being novices to the home remodeling world, his guidance each step of the way was invaluable to us. He was quick and responsive to our questions, providing experienced recommendations when asked, and obliging us when we had our own ideas. What was originally supposed to be an add-on and renovation plan ended up needing to be even more complex. As expected, there were some surprises along the way, but Silvio worked with us to help keep costs to a minimum. If you want something done right the first time. These guys are amazing! My wife and I wanted an ADU for our home in Walnut Creek CA. My father is very particular about construction, Silvio has a lot of experience and was able to guide us in making the smart and correct decisions for our project.
