I can't recommend Dr Joe enough. I was in town for a few weeks and had persistent pain in my sacrum, SI joint and right shoulder blade area. He shifted things so deeply in just one session. If you've never experienced Osteopathic Manual Manipulative Therapy, please try it. Dr. Joe's rates are extremely reasonable, especially for the benefit. No shade, but I've never had such success with chiropractic treatments and my understanding is that Osteopathic tmts work more with the soft tissues, so gentle adjustments are more impactful and are much more likely to hold. He works on nervous system issues as well; think mind-body connection in regards to mental health. So grateful I found his practice - I feel so much better.
