I haven't had a lot of experience with facials, but found myself needing some expert skin care so I contacted Charlotte. She was responsive to my request for an appointment and asked questions to get a sense of my skin care needs, including allergies. The studio is a relaxing, pleasant environment and Charlotte was friendly, professional and obviously has a lot of knowledge about what she does. I appreciated that she told me in advance about what she was about to do and how it would feel. Charlotte is an all star esthetician! So glad to have found her and grateful she took me in at a moment’s notice upon a last minute cancellation. As someone currently pregnant, I was in need of serious pampering, and received the most relaxing and hydrating oxygen facial (along w a nourishing face and neck massage!). The rejuvenating results of the facial lingered for many days to follow, and Charlotte also imparted really sage advice about my skin and how to care for it following the treatment. I highly recommend Charlotte’s expert services to anyone in need of a gentle and highly effective facial!
