Charlotte is so great!! I have only received a few facials in my life, and Charlotte really helped me understand the process, importance, products, services, options, etc. She even helped me educate me on skin and skin care in general! My facial was excellent. I swear she turned back the clock on my skin lol. She has a lot of experience and has curated a quality product line for sale that really gave me confidence in her recommendations. My skin care routine is a little better now and it shows! Charlotte is amazing! It was my first time receiving a facial and I couldn’t have had a better experience. She was extremely welcoming, talked me through each step so I could understand the process of a facial. She used some tools to enhance the service, the products smelt heavenly and with my sensitive skin I didn’t have any reactions. She communicated that I could have a slight breakout after the facial but I barely had any pimples after. My skin was soft, clean and glowing after my session and the days following! I am looking forward to more in the future, thank you!
