Fazli is an incredible person, kind and knowledgeable. He is a master at cleaning, repairing and caring for my rugs. I had a not-so-good experience with a competitor and it took a long time for me to trust someone else. I am so happy I found Fazli's Rugs. My rugs are not only clean, they are gorgeous again.
