Long story short, one of my eyes was botched. The eyelashes were curled so much that they curled in on themselves into nearly a full “o” shape. I looked ridiculous. I noticed the issue around 30 minutes after I left (the serum she added after the lift made them look straighter and more separated but as they dried they curled in on themselves completely), so I came back to remedy it, after which the technician “repermed” them and added a serum to make them look “better.” My eyelashes still look ridiculous (one month later) and they require me wetting them to look somewhat normal.
I love love love my ladies at Elegance! They know me by name and I love my lashes. They are available anytime I call for my refill. They are so friendly and do a great job for a great price. I had no lashes and they work miracles, so I return every few weeks. Thanks Sushma and Archana!

I've been coming here for a few years and I won't stop yet. This is the only woman that can get my eyebrows right and she always has a good attitude, I can't wait to go back next month :)
