Terri Varela is a consummate expert with hair smoothing, color, cut. My daughter Pema's thick extremely wavy tresses were smooth in a HEALTHY way to her hair perfection. She has a ton of hair and Terri was patient, focused and also really sweet interacting with my teenager who felt completely at ease and relaxed in her chair. Terri knows her stuff inside & out but also uses top notch products and takes care of you in a pampering way. LOVE HER & Chroma rocks!

I recently moved to the area from Maui, where I had a trusted stylist for many years. It was a hard change…I miss maui as well 😂. So when I moved to the Bay Area I began looking around for a new stylist. I lucked out finding Terri. She asked all sorts of questions about what I was looking for. We browsed some photos of guys with curly hair like mine and decided on a plan. And she executed. I love my cut. I have been walking around beaming all day. Thanks Terri
