I walked in without a reservation and ended up waiting for 20 minutes. I paid $26 including tip, and the owner was kind and meticulous in trimming my hair. The price was reasonable and the hair style was neat and nice.
When I lived in Berkeley I would come to Billy and always had the best experience. He is one of the nicest people, listens, and works quickly. You can tell how much he cares about his clients and wants you to feel good walking out. He cuts Asian hair extremely well. And in this economy I really appreciate how reasonably priced he is. Come visit Billy!
Excellent haircut. I was just visiting California and needed a haircut. I googled barbershops and walked in to Billy’s. There was another man in line before me. 15 minutes later and it was my turn. Fast and efficient, and a great haircut!
