Ulta is by far superior to Sephora. Best makeup selection in all of the bay hands down. Highly recommend the shopping area. Ross, TJ Maxx are right there. Go down International Blvd on your way out to see the nitty gritty of Oakland. 🤭😆🫶🏼
I went in today for a Signature Haircut by stylist Zaira & let me just say she is truly amazing! I came in with a vague idea of what I wanted (medium short layered hair, slight face framing, short side bangs) & she managed to capture it all perfectly. She asked clarifying questions often to make sure she was doing the right thing & always checked in to see how I was doing. She also was kind enough to recommend products to avoid hair breakage. Overall such a pleasant experience & will be rebooking with her when it’s time for a trim! <3
