I have been a client of Tran for the last 3 years and there are truly no words meaningful enough to describe how amazing Tran is. She is absolutely the best! She treats every client with the best customer service and she is the sweetest human being I have ever met. I've been going to Tran since 2019 and I will never stop lol. I was referred to her by a friend because I wasn't happy with the retention and overall customer service of my former lash tech. But the moment I met Tran, she was so kind, patient, and informative. She's still one of the sweetest people I know. What makes Tran so unique too is that she is open to educating herself and me about extensions and what affects retention. So she always keeps up with the latest techniques. That's why it's become a lash tech/client "partnership" (rather than a "blame game"!), which is the way it should be.
