Back in the day, TK Barber Shop & Spa was my go-to groove and always made my 'do improve--and yes, that's my younger self gracing their Yelp photo. Years later, fatherhood has added some greys, but TK still slays. A spontaneous visit reminded me why this spot remains a gem. 4.5 Stars * Sunny's Sorcery Sunny's still got it! He understood my hair's quirks so quick and slick, wielding those rare texturizing scissors like a magic trick. Left looking fresher and younger--pure wizardry. * Budget Brilliance At $31, my bucks stayed sound, while my look was crowned. Exceptional value for top‑notch service. * Swift Service No appointments, no waits--just in and out at record rates. Walked in, sat down, and was out in under 10 minutes--efficiency that's destined to win it. * Park Street Perks Located amidst Alameda's vibrant Park Street, where eats and treats make each visit complete. A haircut here fits perfectly into a day about town--one cut, one strut, never a letdown. 1/2 * K-Pop Poster Play The Big Bang posters still adorn the walls, and matching members across posters takes brainy recalls. ------ 1/2 (-) Cramped Quarters Caveat The shop's narrow layout feels snug and tight--if it gets packed, comfort takes flight. I have never seen such a good barber. The younger guy did such a fantastic job twice in a row, which is why I am giving my review. He basically gave me a whole consultation for free and helped pick a haircut that suits my head shape. 5/5 stars I will be back!

Tony and Kelsey run a full service hair salon in Lyons. Their services cover a wide range and the quality of their work is consistently excellent. My wife, always watchful of my haircuts, has never had anything but good things to say about them. The vibe is casual, unpretentious and comfortable. The shop is cozy and wonderfully bright on sunny days. If you like to chat, both are good conversationalists. The pricing is extremely reasonable. Parking is always available in front of the shop. I've been going to TK for three of four years now, and I give it my highest rating.
