They first started the dryer and did an air flow reading as a baseline. They could tell right away that air was not flowing properly. Sally and her team inspected our fireplace and fixed the missing mortar between all of the clay flue liners by adding a ceramic material. We felt assured and confident in their expertise and we're very excited to have a working fireplace.
