Tekniche's Terry has solved every computer problem (hardware or software) that I have encountered for at least the last four years. He'll work on an issue until it's fixed, even if it means a fair amount of research. Friendly, courteous, respectful...hands-on fixes so that sometimes I'm able to resolve the problem by myself the next time it comes up. Installation of new software as well as software & hardware fixes. Makes house calls, but takes back to his shop if necessary. Highly recommended!
