I’ve been seeing Dr. Dufour for about a month now and it’s been such a good experience so far. I sit for about 12 hours a day for work, which has really messed with my back, shoulders and overall tightness.
He actually takes the time to figure out what’s going on instead of just doing a quick adjustment and sending you on your way. We’ve been working on a plan using the spinal decompression machine along with myofascial massage.
The decompression has helped take some pressure off, and the massage work has been great for loosening up really tight areas from all the sitting. I feel like we’re actually working toward long-term results.

Great experience every visit. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your healing. Davis takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and the adjustments are gentle but very effective. I’ve noticed real improvement in my pain and mobility. He is flexible with his appointment times and I highly recommend!
