Recently purchased a home and had Peter as our Mortgage Broker. Most of our interaction was with our Loan Officer, but Peter was available for consultation. As you know, mortgage rates have been going up and up. I was able to secure a VA loan with the best interest rate I could find anywhere. If I found one better they beat it. The whole home buying process was very simple. I think it is unique to have the right combo of Broker, Loan Officer, Real Estate Agent and Title Company. I picked up the phone and texted Peter today to ask a question about property taxes. He called be back and we went through everything I had. Great resource, approachable, friendly and does his job with integrity.
