She was very knowledgeable in how to properly care for it and she gave me all the tips I needed to know! Nelly gave my hair layers and a trim then we proceeded to get the perm done. “I have been going to many local nail salons where I live for pedicures and have been disappointed in everyone. I feel I pay ridiculous amounts of money for fancy chairs, decor, hot rocks, rose petals and champagne, etc. Not that I do not enjoy those things but what I want is quality work.
