I was in the unique situation of adopting a dog from out of state, and a regular client of this clinic was fostering the dog for us and she recommended I contact then for an appointment. All my interaction was with Barbara by phone and and she was terrific every step of the way. I was able to establish an account from out of state, arrange financial responsibility, outline my wishes, and received clear communication. I knew what to expect, when to expect it, and got everything exactly as we discussed. Even follow-up test results as soon as they were ready. I can't tell you how relieved I feel to deal with such competence and follow through. Over the weekend there was trouble between the foster and a host dog and it might have been an emergency situation. I contacted the office on the weekend... And I got a response back even though they were closed. They could not help me but they gave me a reference to a hospital - which was a lifeline considering I was try to manage this situation from out of state. They care, they are responsive, they realize how precious our 4- legged babies are are to us as pet parents. Not many businesses get it this right. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
