I have tried many nail shops in Oakland and was never satisfied with the pedicure and manicure they would do I looked on maps and found Kim's nails now mind you I did not have an appointment for me and my mom and Kim was so nice to get us in not only are they very nice to the customers they do an awesome job!! Their prices are awesome.No more looking for a new nail shop I'm staying with Kim's nails THANK YOU SO MUCH KIM FOR YOUR SERVICE NEXT TIME I WILL MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kim's was able to accommodate me for a basic manicure with no appointment today. It got real busy for a few minutes, and I think Kim might have regretted her decision, but in the end all customers were taken care of with professionalism. My manicurist was very meticulous, checking with me every step of the way to be sure I was satisfied with the shape and color of my nails. Wonderful experience, highly recommend with no hesitation!
Cleanliness: What I saw of the salon was very clean.

Well, I love the massage, the colors, the spa, how they took me in even though they were crowded. The lady was super nice and comforting. They even did my nails with fungus. All very clean. Very professional. A bit steep for just toe nails but I think they might have a mani-pedi special I can't remember. They cleaned/sterilized right after someone left. They used gloves.
