I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amy Loughgran. We are retirees who wanted to purchase a home in Alameda to be close to our daughter and her family. We hoped to find a charming 2 bedroom 2 bath single story home that was turnkey. Unfortunately that is a unicorn in Alameda. Amy was very supportive in our search. She showed us many homes and most importantly listened to our likes and dislikes. When we were frustrated and ready to settle for something that really wasn’t right for us, Amy encouraged us to wait and to consider looking at options that we had previously rejected out of hand.
