I have been a client since pandemic and finally found a great technician who is gentle, precise and lastly great to look forward to. Tkeyah takes her time and is very detailed. I have told others about her work. Happy to come to this location because of her.

I go there because of T'Keah who does an excellent job with the sensitive interior of the nose. Also, Kathryn at the front desk has the demeanor and customer service skills to work at an exclusive Napa Spa, as compared to other guest service personnel I have encountered over the years at that location who appear to have little commitment to the business. Kathryn presents herself as someone proud to be there and interested in client satisfaction and the customer experience. When I walked in, she greeted me by my first name, and I've only seen her there a few times because I was going to another location for several years. T'Keah and Kathryn are model employees.

Markeyla was excellent! She is experienced and she took her time. Nice to see a wax center offer more for options for men. First time visiting since I had recently moved from out of state. I even setup my next appointment before I was seen.
