Jim was unable to fix my broken hard drive but he offered me an hour of free tech help regardless and didn't even charge me for his time. He's a good guy.

I have been a ComputerWard client for 15 years, and he has always delivered, but today was the most precious day. Because on this day Jimmi reviewed my computer situation and determined I did not need a new computer. He also informed me I did not need a new phone, and was able to return the phone I had and get me out of a contract w/ a carrier. What I paid him was a pittance as he saved me $4995. Now that's precious.
