Would love to evaluate our caregiver, Simone. Simone is reliable, personable, professional. and a caring person. She takes care of my mother who suffers from dementia, and my mother loves Simone and looks forward to the time when Simone comes to visit her. Simone always communicates with me scheduling wise. I cannot express the appreciation I have for her and I know that she will go far caring for your family member if you are ever privileged enough to be assigned to her.
I have been a client of Comfort Keepers since October 2022. May Sirhan, the General Manager, made the application process very smooth, patiently answering all my questions and showing me the best way to coordinate with my long term care insurance. She discussed Comfort Care's online Family Room where more information was available, and she is always available by phone. Mona, my caregiver, is amazing. She is well trained, professional, prompt, caring, cheerful, dependable, and effortlessly performs all her tasks within the bounaries and guidelines of her contract. I was referred to Comfort Keepers while I was still in the hospital after surgery on both arms. May Sirhan was immediately helpful and assigned Mona as my caregiver. Mona always was on time, very helpful and willing to do what needed doing while my arms healed. I would use Comfort Keepers again, but hope I don't have to!
