Really sad to post this review after nearly a year of being a client here, but here’s the good and the bad:
GOOD:
- really high quality gel nails, they do a really thoughtful and careful job, and they are able to do a lot of the latest nail trends in Asia. Shout out to Mandy who’s always been sweet, talented, and attentive. The second star is for her.
- prices are pretty good for the quality
BAD:
- it’s nearly impossible to get or modify an appointment. The only way to reserve is to text the owner, who never responds. I had my sisters wedding coming up, so I texted them for an appointment 8 weeks in advance. EIGHT!! After a third ping with...read full review
I was in search for a nail salon that can do japanese/korean style nail art and this became my go-to salon for several months while I lived in East Bay. They are very talented and could always replicate the designs I showed them from my Pinterest which I was really happy about. The prices are reasonable and comparable to other salons I've been to. And I was able to make appointments just by texting the owner which was super convenient! I have to remove 1 star because sometimes my gel manicure would rip a few days after I got them done, which sucked because a set would usually cost ~$80-90+
needed to get my nails done for an upcoming wedding & saw this place on yelp. it's hard to find nice designs for short nails but the nail tech made it work! only took an hour and a half for me and my mom's appointments:) will be coming back again in the future
