I've been coming here for at least a year now and part of their Bespoke Medspa Membership. Can't recommend this place enough! Skilled and attentive massage therapists, staff is super nice, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Recommend Dawn, Luz and Cindy for massages. Overall whether you're looking for a deep tissue massage to relieve muscle tension or a relaxing Swedish massage to de-stress, BeSpoke has something for everyone.
Sage is a wonderful chiropractor. She is skilled, has a warm bedside manner, is present and thorough. The drop table technique she uses is gentler than other types of manual adjustments I've received which works better for my chronic pain.
This is my go to massage therapy space since living in Harbor Bay for the past 30 years. I have been attending this place for massage therapy and other services that have and have not been disappointed. Overall, the staff is super nice and never gotten mad or frustrated of the pricing of Bespoke (formerly Body Techniques). As massage therapists come and go, this place often recruits really good therapists especially for deep tissue massage
