I'm really disappointed to leave this review, as I was excited to support a Black-owned business and wanted to enjoy my experience here. Unfortunately, things did not go as expected. I arrived at the location at 3:50 PM for my 4:00 PM appointment, only to find that the appointment had been double-booked. The owner, Tera, explained that the other client would need to reschedule. We didn't begin my service until 4:30 PM. Before starting, I confirmed with Tera that I had booked both a lymphatic drainage and microdermabrasion facial. I injured my shoulder, was at an event recently met Terra. I explained my injury, and she listened, applied a cream , and massaged the back of my shoulder. OMG!!! I was able to sleep peacefully last might. Thanks Terra!!!
I walked into Back 2 Nature in pain I had a Beautiful massage my friend got the facial and we walked out feeling fabulous & blessed by their magical hands. I walked out feeling great no pain they took really good care of me I highly recommend back to nature skin care I and massages. Teresa,
