Awaken Lash is a very professional and well ran lash business that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for lashes in the East Bay. I have been a consistent customer for over a year and have had about 20 past appointments to speak to. Every single time it has been a pleasure! Not only does she do quality work, she is punctual, communicates clearly, is open to making adjustments and knows her industry well. It was my first time getting lash extensions and initially i was scared of the outcome but Ericka was so good! She’s the sweetest person & the nicest. i love how she did mine and exactly knew what i was talking about when i had asked her for the style i wanted. She has really light hands it’s like she’s barely even touching your lashes. My eyes didn’t come out to be super red like the ones i would see in pictures . i would 10/10 recommend her to my friends and family! can’t wait to go see her for my touch up :)
