Jen is a fantastic acupuncture practitioner, herbalist, and person who is going to get you feeling better. I've been to many acupuncturists and none have left me feeling as good as she has, or given as much useful and insightful information. She even helped me lower my blood pressure significantly with herbs when a decade of western medication and exercise failed

I've been going to Jen at Ross Acupuncture for over 1 year as I work through a long recovery for a complicated hip surgery (+ follow up surgery). Not going to lie - I did not want to try dry needling and tried all other options before visiting (I'm not a fan of needles) including months of weekly PT. When I started seeing Jen I was still on crutches, and now I'm walking miles unassisted. I've found that weekly dry needling with Jen, combined with regular PT, is the best combo for me in order to improve my mobility, 'wake up' formerly atrophied muscles, ease muscular tension due to compensatory overuse, and help with surgical scar tissue healing.... read full review

I've been visiting Jen Ross for dry needling since early 2021. I credit Jen's dry needling approach with not only allowing me to hike the entire PCT without any residual pain from an old ankle injury (2021), helping me run comfortably until week 39 of my pregnancy (2024), and allowing me to train back up to ultra distances on trails without injury (2025). Before I started seeing Jen I was pretty consistently getting sidelined with minor soft tissue injuries. This is one of the best investments that I've made in my physical and mental health!
