Dave and team did an exceptional job on my roof. I’d highly recommend them if you live in alameda. They were not the cheapest bid I received, but their pricing is competitive for the area. I decided to support this local business since I live in alameda, and am very happy with the work.
April was very nice and knowledgeable. Note that this is a roofing company based in alameda on the naval base - not a bouncy house!
Advanced roofing has been doing business in alameda for decades, and it shows in the quality of work. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

April is all about Communication, Answering all Questions making sure we understood what was going to happen with a Check list of what we needed to do and expect which we gave to our Renters and Neighbors What a GREAT IDEA. The Team that installed our NEW ROOF was Excellent working together! No DRAMA! Cleaned up everyday. Our Gutters got resealed and Cleaned. New Flashing on A Dormer Window and removed and old Heater Vent no longer in Use. We had a leak that started with 1st Rain before we could get roof on: Dave and his Team came over in a weather Break and Repaired as a Courteney till Weather Cleared... read full review
